Did you workout while pregnant and if so what was your routine? Are you currently working out and if so what is your routine? What was your nutrition like during your pregnancy and what is it like now?
I tried to exercise initially, but I had terrible morning sickness and was not in the mood. I did a little bit starting in my 2nd trimester, but mostly walking. I really just got back to workout routine a few months ago. I just couldn't find the time. I attempt 3o minutes of strength training 3 days a week and at least 4 days of cardio for 20 - 30 minutes. I run around after my 2 year old too.
